The Great Commission

And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach and publish openly the good news (the Gospel) to every creature [of the whole human race].” Mark 16:15

Our mission is to give God all the glory and to labor for the salvation of others in advancing God’s kingdom. We are committed to helping people develop a deeply personal relationship with God.

We also are committed to providing a place to worship God where people can feel loved, supported and encouraged. Our purpose is in helping others into realizing God’s plan for their lives. We want to help them develop a personal walk with Him so they can ultimately become more like His Son, Jesus Christ.

Statement of Beliefs

We believe:

...The Bible is the inspired and only infallible Word of God. It is steadfast and unchangeable (2 Tim 3:16-17).

...There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit (1 Jn 5:7).

...In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life and His miracles (Lk 1:35; 2 Cor. 5:21; Mk 16:20).

....Christ died for man’s sins and on the third day was resurrected (1 Cor. 15:3-4).  He ascended to heaven and sits at the right hand of  the Father (Mk 16:19).  We look forward to Christ’s future return (Second Coming) to this earth in power and glory (1Thess. 4:16,17).

...All men by their nature and their acts are sinners and have broken God’s righteous requirements/laws. Therefore, men are under God’s wrath and just condemnation (Gen. 1:27; Rom. 5:12,23). The reason for the coming of Jesus Christ was that while we were yet sinners, He died for us, took our place and with His life’s blood, He purchased the pardon for all who would believe in Him (Jn 3:16; Titus 2:14).

...Salvation is wholly through grace and is offered as a free gift to the sinner.  This gift must be responded to by individual repentance and faith in the blood of Christ and His sacrificial death. Man cannot trust in any personal works or human righteousness (Eph. 2:8).

...The Baptism in the Holy Spirit according to Acts 2:4 is given to all believers who ask for it. The Holy Spirit empowers believers to exalt God and live a life set apart for Him.

...Both the saved and the lost (unsaved) will be resurrected.  The saved will be resurrected to eternal life and the lost will be resurrected to eternal and everlasting damnation. (2Cor. 5:10, Rev. 20:11-12).
